Astral is the second solo album from Upstate NY musician,Aaron DeRuyter. Since the release of Transit under the name DeVall Music, in 2007, DeRuyter has been gigging solo, with his band,with Landmark (EP 2014) the Americana/folk/ traditional tribute. DeRuyter entered Rochester in the late 90's fronting the post grunge band Pompous Pilate ( "No Living;No lifeguard on duty" 2001, "2" 2003).
